I tried other doctors/dentist and they did not do a good job, and tried to scam me. Fortunately, Spectrum Dental did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and taken care of! It took me over 4 years to get my wisdom teeth removed because of how scared I was and they helped me quickly, had an appointment and within the next week I was able to get them surgically removed. Love all the staff, they were helpful, wonderful and caring people! I was so nervous because I never gotten put to sleep or never had surgery but it was a smooth and easy procedure and again, the surgeon, nurses and receptionist were so amazing! You can tell the doctor and surgeon cares about their patients and explains everything in a clear detailed way which I’ve never experienced. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with such warmth and professionalism. Olivia at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She was the first person I spoke to when I called to make an appointment and she made me feel so welcomed right away. She took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me an estimate of the treatments I needed, and really made me feel like she cared. That first impression is what made me choose this office and I am so glad I did.
The dentist is wonderful. She is so kind and makes you feel completely comfortable during the entire visit. She constantly checks in to make sure you are doing okay and that goes a long way in easing any nerves. Her assistant is also incredibly nice and together they make the experience smooth and stress free.
The entire team at Spectrum Dental Arts truly goes above and beyond. They treat you like family, not just a patient, and that makes all the difference. If you are looking for a dentist who is caring, professional, and genuinely interested in your well being, this is the place to go.
